Georgia began working for MRC as a marketing and communications intern during her senior year at the University of California – Davis. She then moved into a part-time position with MRC assisting with operations before joining the team full-time. As program specialist, she is responsible for fielding operations questions and assisting MRC’s program coordinators with various projects. Georgia will also help coordinate California collection events and oversee quality of content on the Bye Bye Mattress locator.

Always a proactive advocate for environmental conservation, Georgia has participated in river clean-up projects in her community and enjoys walks along the river, quilting, embroidery and re-watching her favorite show, Parks and Recreation.
