Connecticut Registration Form – Other Entities

Thank you for your interest in recycling with the Mattress Recycling Council’s Bye Bye Mattress program. Under the CT mattress recycling law, covered entities include transfer stations, landfills, incinerators, mattress retailers, universities, colleges, schools, hospitals, and lodging establishments. Except for transfer stations, covered entities must consolidate a minimum of 50 mattresses at a single time to receive no-cost transportation and recycling services.
