Alison Keane, President of the International Sleep Products Association and the Mattress Recycling Council, is an environmental attorney with over 25 years of experience in the private, nonprofit, and governmental sectors. She previously led the Flexible Packaging Association, representing U.S. manufacturers in film, foil, paper, and other materials and worked with the American Coatings Association spearheading policy initiatives on behalf of the paint industry including PaintCare, its EPR program for leftover paint. She holds a B.A. in biology from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and a J.D. from Golden Gate University. Alison is an Aquarius and loves all things water related. She also loves photography and if she can combine the two, which she often does, is happiest. At ISPA and MRC, Keane aims to advance the industry’s interests and enhance mattress recycling solutions.
