Open RFPs: Operations

The Mattress Recycling Council has posted this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to collect information from parties interested in providing mattress recycling services in California that we can use to assess the parties’ qualifications, experience and competitiveness.

MRC is interested in entering into contracts with a minimum term of three years that can be renewed in annual increments at the mutual consent of both parties.

MRC currently has contracts with seven mattress recyclers that operate nine recycling/deconstruction facilities in California. MRC is interested in contracting with mattress recyclers in diverse geographic locations throughout California to provide adequate service to the program.
