Gayle is Director of Legal Affairs for MRC, providing counsel to the organization and overseeing legal operations for the mattress recycling programs in California, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Gayle brings a background of extensive legal experience to MRC, having previously worked at large Washington, DC law firms, as Associate General Counsel for a publicly held corporation and in her own private practice. Gayle’s parents taught her to “Waste Not, Want Not,” instilling early on the importance of recycling and repurposing. 

As a sports enthusiast and mom of two boys, Gayle can usually be found volunteering as team mom for her boys’ sports teams or cheering on her beloved Syracuse Orange basketball and lacrosse teams.
