Joy joined the MRC staff in 2018 as the Program and Logistics Coordinator. She proved to be an invaluable member of the staff and was promoted to Program Manager of the Western Region. An avid recycler since childhood, Joy was thrilled to take on the task of running the Commercial Volume Program. Joy’s previous experience includes managing and coordinating the transportation and logistical needs of many large transportation companies. 

Joy’s hobbies include mud runs, 5Ks, obstacle courses and samba dance.

Joy handles commercial volume for the whole state of California, as well as special transportation projects.
